46/3 Timber Bush, Leith
TB3 is a gorgeous loft apartment tucked away on a cobbled street in Edinburgh’s port area of Leith. It was built circa 1790. It was primarily used as a granary for the last 200 years. It was converted into three flats and two offices in 1988 after being left abandoned for many decades. Following modernisation it now boasts 5000 sq ft of open plan living space and three bedrooms but with many original features still on show. The pallets on the outside of the property still work and the original 3-phase electrical lifting gear of the granary remains in place on the top floor.
TB3 has been used for filming adverts, product launches, courses and events. It is available to rent on airbnb.
TB3 can be easily accessed from Edinburgh city centre by bus. Catch the 16 or 22 from Princes Street. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
