This is a home study course. A minimum of six hours study per week is recommended to successfully complete the course. Candidates are advised to allow at least 3 weeks to complete this course. Regular access and participation is essential. Tasting is an essential part of studying for this course, and you will need to taste a minimum of 8 wines (not provided, but you will be given a list of recommended samples).

Successful students will receive a WSET certificate and pin.

The course includes an attended examination at our Edinburgh examination centre, Edinburgh School of Food & Wine.

The cost includes access to the online classroom, study materials, a personally assigned WSET certified tutor and the examination.

Registration for this course opens on 12th May 2017.

Deadline for registration is the 20th October 2017.

The target examination date is 12th November 2017. It is possible to defer your examination provided you do so before the registration deadline.
